    Exercises and parts of chest

For any part of chest are these exercises :
    1- butterfly
    2- cable crossover
    3- dumbbell pullover

Not sure what the question is. Dumbbell pullover not my choice for a chest exercise.

Barbell pull over is better than dumbbell but both exercises are crap imo

Not sure what your asking but if that's your chest routine you need to redesign it.

I guess I should have read the thread title more carefully. I do them on back day, not for chest. Thanks for replying.

When I use to work back and chest together I used pullovers as transition from back to chest sets. I like them actually and depending how you perform them they can be a chest exercise. But I would have to agree they are more lats than chest...

Actually db pullovers are great for expanding the rib cage giving you a bigger chest. Just don't get carried away with the weight.
