The reason I ask is that I have a pinched nerve in my neck so pressing movements are really difficult. My bench press is suffering really bad and I just can't bring it up. My left pec is much larger and more solid than my right. That said, I'm able to use the fly machine without much issue at all and was thinking of making that a core of my chest routine until I can get the pinched nerve squared away. I'm also thinking of adding in a unilateral fly exercise so I can focus more on the right side to try to balance things out a bit.
Thoughts?
