Also, since there was a question of my body fat, I took the liberty of taking some photos this morning to give everyone an idea of where I'm starting with my current BF% and fitness level.
I'm fairly thin and lean as it is with a small, petite body frame. Conservatively, I'm guessing that I'm at 16-17%. I really won't know for sure until I get dunked again for the body fat testing.
