Libido and Erection problems !

Hi all,

It's my first post here so please be patient .

stats:

Age: 24
Heigh: 173 cm
weigh: 72 kg
BF :10~12 %

I ran Test/deca cycle for 3 weeks :
week 1-3 : testobolin 500mg/wk + Testolic 200mg/wk
week 1-3 : deca durabolin 500mg/wk
week 1-2 : anadrol 50mg ed
week 1-3 : cidoviron 50mg ed

After 3 weeks i stopped the cycle (for stupid reasons) and after 10 days i ran anadrol only cycle for 25 days (it was supposed to be a kickstart to continue the test/deca cycle).I slacked and didn't do a PCT.At the end of the cycle and till now (3 months) my libido is too low and no morning woods execpt for the last 2 weeks sometimes i have morning wood,I can't get spontaneous erection.I can only get hard erection(goes limp quickly) and be horney by watching p*rn.

my blood test results post PCT of the 1st cycle and PRE this cycle :

- Prolactin: 11.7 ng/mL (ref range 3.46 - 19.4)
- LH: 1.7 mIU/mL (ref range 0.6-12)
- FSH: 2.1 mIU/mL (ref range 1-12)
- TSH(ultra sensitive): 1 uIU/mL (ref range 0.3 - 4.94)
- Free T3: 3.5 pg/ml (2-4.2)
- Free T4: 1.1 ng/dl (0.7-1.5)
- Total testosterone 6.66 ng/mL (ref range 1.66 - 8.77)
- Free testosterone: 20 pg/ml (ref range 8.7 - 40)
- Estradiol(E2): 25 pg/mL (ref range 11 - 44)
- cortisol(random): 2.3 ug/dl (2.9-17.3)

i did another blood test last week :

- Prolactin: 16.5 ng/mL (ref range 3.46 - 19.4)

- progesterone: 0.2 ng/ml (up to 0.2)
- cortisol(random): 3.6 ug/dl (2.9-17.3)

a few questions:

Q1.how can LH be high while E2 is high ?? is it a sign of testicular tumor ???

Q2. free Testosterone is low or normal ?? as the ref. range varies from lab to another and some say normal ref range ( 50 pg/ml - 200 pg/ml ) so which ref. range is right?

Q3. is prolactin and progesterone is high ?? shoul i use dostinex??

Q4. should i do a complete PCT (nolvadex,clomid,arimidex) or arimidex only ??

Q5. does the high E2 cause the libido and ED problems ??? as it is not too high !

Why can't it be? Your LH may be high due to being hyper-stimulated from your pct. Tumor sign, no. I'd love to have an LH level like that. Excessively high prolactin could indicate a tumor but your still in range.

Q2. free Testosterone is low or normal ?? as the ref. range varies from lab to another and some say normal ref range ( 50 pg/ml - 200 pg/ml ) so which ref. range is right? Appears mid-range to me. What's your shbg level?

Q3. is prolactin and progesterone is high ?? shoul i use dostinex?? Prolactin is up there a bit which effects libido


Q4. should i do a complete PCT (nolvadex,clomid,arimidex) or arimidex only ?? You do not need pct. Adex is never part of pct.

Q5. does the high E2 cause the libido and ED problems ??? as it is not too high ! yes, it can effect libido. It does not appear to be a sensitive assay which is specific to males

You need to take some time without cycling and study up to learn more. I'm not being rude but self-education is key to safe aas usage. Read Austinites educational articles which are in the sticky threads at the top of this forum.

Some love it. Personally I prefer Caber. Actually I run low dose caber all the time at .25 x 2 per week.

Thanks kel for your reply.I read alot of stickys and did alot of researches before doing cycle but i was fool cause i though i am superman and nothing could affect me as the 1st cycle went perfect with no sides after PCT but of course i will keep studying and thanks again for your advice. for the questions :

I wouldn't. You'll live without either for now in my opinion. Be patient, eat healthy, train incredible. Re-test in a couple months and don't rush into another cycle. Grab some Vit D and maybe start with 5k per day and on your next BW test your Vit-D 25 Hydroxy. Everyone's low and D is arguably the best supplement you can take. Actually a hormone. It will reduce shbg thus allowing more Free T, which is what works for you. Always monitor it in future BW.

Q.4 there are stickys here in the section of PCT say use arimidex for PCT but Austinites article say not to use it and as i didnt do PCT and need to lower E2 level should i use arimidex or nolvadex or/and dostinex ?? Many of the sticky's are older and need to be updated. Science evolves and changes have to be made to protocols. Adex is "on-cycle" only, never in pct. Go with Austin's current sticky's. You don't need pct! Dostinex is not needed at all. It is used to help combat prolactin issues while on progestins. You are not currently running any. Regarding E2 be sure you get the correct "sensitive assay" otherwise you're guessing and could be medicating unnecessarily. If you do try to lower your E2 you should first try DIM, Zinc and Copper. I don't see a need for adex now. Know that when your E comes down your prolactin will probably follow.

Q.1 how can i get the "sensitive assay" ??

Q.2 what type of Vit D ?? Vit D3 right??? can i take this dosage forever ??

Q.3 is DIM for regular use and must be in my diet list or should i stop it ???

Q.4 should i only stick to zinc chelate ??

Q.5 can i add Vit E , B6 ,B12 complex , calcium ,ZMA , multivitamin

a question just for my knowledge

Q.6 if one has a very low E2 level will DIM ,zinc and copper will raise E2 level to the normal range ??

COuld be your lack of libido is that youre trying to hard to make sure you recovered. youre looking at porn to much or concentrating on getting hard. Youre not actually getting turned on or being relaxed enough. go a week with out porn then try again.
