Out if curiosity lets say my total test is at 306 and let's say that I am recovering and my total test is coming back....how much test will you gain each week ? Until back to normal

I think he's saying he's recently come off and got a lab done and tested at 306. How fast will he cover/how much will his test go up. I assume we would need to know what you tested at before you used. For all we know 306 if your natural level

Unfortunately I didn't get labs b4 and it wasn't a full cycle just 250 test e Monday and 250 Friday then I stopped

If you don't have baseline then you have nothing to compare to. Just hope for the best. But even if you did, there's no way to quantify this. There isn't a formula you can follow.
