So to some it up quickly I am a fat sack of crap at the moment. I am 31 5'8 210lb last year I was in decently good shape ran quite a few 10k's avg 8 min miles (was probably around 180lb). Getting back at it and would like to work on building muscle etc this time. My plan of attack is to do something like the Insanity program to cut first, get in shape then work on bulking up. So basically cut the gut then build the muscle/start lifting. Does this sound like a good course of action? Again my end goal is not just to be fit but to bulk up and actually see muscles.
