    Order mix up from AR-R

    Has any one ordered something and accidentally(I'm sure) was shipped the wrong thing?
    I ordered some Liquid Clen and Liquid T3. I received the Clen but was shipped Liquid Liquidex instead of the T3. It even said T3 on the darn invoice. I have ordered from AR-R many times before with pleased success. My question is, are they prompt on "making things right?

    I have emailed AR-R and provide info and have in detail described the problem, just waiting for a response.

    Sh*t happens. One thing I can say is they are great about making things right. No complaints here after having one issue they fixed it quickly.

    People can say what they want about AR-R's product, one thing nobody can deny is they got pretty good customer service. Give them a few hours to respond.

    Email customer service again [email protected] but with a pic of the invoice and the wrong item. Then pm me with the email you used.

    Only happened to me once. I followed above request and had right product ASAP. They were great!!

    So AR-R rocks, they made good and are sending me the correct product. What great customer service, class A, Number 1.

    They mixed mine up and it was fixed fast.
