Just wondering what people opinions are on maintaining their gains while they're off cycle.
I don't plan on going back on cycle anytime in the near future.
I've had to cut my cycle short and end it on 8 weeks for personal reasons. I will be starting my pct of Clomid and Nolva in 2 weeks from now.
I have gained 14lbs. My guesstimate is 10lbs muscle and 4lbs fat as I have cleaned up my diet a lot towards the end.
Ideally I want to cut and get as lean as possible.
My question is when would it be best to start a cut.
Would it be better to start cutting straight away or leave it a few weeks after pct is over and natural test is back?
