2nd time user, never has this problem before

Hi all I have been looking though the forum but couldn't quite find what's happening to me, well by what I,ve read it's not an abscess, pretty much my whole left quad is swollen and very painful, been like this for 3-4 days now, never experienced it before,it was a good 2 years since the last time though..... I'm injecting test enth and boldenon ( equipoise)
