Wondering if these lab results merit consideration for testosterone replacement therapy. I am 38years old, 5’11 and weight 153 pounds. FB is about 15%. I was prescribed 1000mg of Nebido. Doctor cannot explain why free T is so low. If my total testosterone is 5.33 (ref 280-800) what would a shot of Nebido 1000mg do for me ? Should I expect a huge surge in testosterone levels? I am so confused. I am not sure if my low T is cyclical or permanent. This is a tough decision to make. Following are the lab results:
