My problem. Heart beats hard long after test cycle

It all started when i attempted my first cycle of test E, turned out to be fake, but i know a day after my first injection i got a heavy heart beat an can not sleep because of it. been taking sleeping pills ever since. Been to numerous doctors they all say it's somatization (anxiety that you think about so it makes it worse) and they just prescribe me anti deperessants to fix my anxiety but they screw me up after a few days (extreme apathy) so i stop taking them.

Been to cardiologist too he thinks its somatization too, had all the tests they can do everything came back fine. Dont know what to do i feel groggy everyday taking these sleeping pills i want to get off them!

If no one has any information on this what would you do in my situation? i've tried beta blockers but that still doesn't calm my heart to where i can't notice it.

Sounds like anxiety. Learn to breath, relax, try yoga or other stress releaving exercises. If it wont stop there are several medications you can try but I would first go with OTC such as Kava Kave, St. Johns wart of one of the others.

I would not be quick to jump on any anti depression meds. They are usually more trouble than good.

Try yoga to learn to control your breathing and heartbeat. It will also be great for your core and flexibility.

Not only that there might be some hot young women who need help with their core and flexibility also.

Ok. i will deffinately try those! always looking for OTC that normal people can vouch for.

I wanted some free thinking people to respond cause doctors piss me off.

Isn't it strange that i can sleep perfectly fine during the day, but not at night?

And it still doesn't make sense to me why having an injection of test has made this permanant anxiety response. If i never touched steroids this would never of happened!
