How many of you avoid bread

Whether its whole wheat, multi grain, ezekiel or whatever do you try avoiding it al together?

In the end are all breads equal? I have read half the whole wheat breads are actually white.

The only grains I eat is white rice, and that's when I travel to japan.

My dad still eats white bread. He used to eat "whole wheat" stuff, and had acid reflux, gaz, and I don't know what else, and when he went to get checked the doctor told him right away that the whole grains thing is just marketing and is not good for most people. 0.02

Bread is the entry drug for chips and pop for me. Been eating clean for a while now - good year. When I go off the tracks it's because I got a burger or eaten toast with eggs.

Ezekiel is the only thing I will touch. It's not bread it's sprouted grains. It's pretty good toasted too

I eat a couple of slices of bread with sugar free jam every morning. It's just regular $1.25 a loaf cheap wheat bread. I get the wheat cause I like the taste of it. As long as it fit's my macros I don't have a problem with it.

I don't avoid or go out of my way to eat it. If I feel like a PB&J, I eat it.
If I feel like a bacon sandwich, it eat it.
So basically it depends on my meal or cravings.

Are you asking about bread for a particular concern?

    Are you worried about:
Glucose spike --> insulin --> lipoprotein lipase --> more fat storage? Chain of events?

Oh I eat this all the time. I soak that ****er in egg whites and vanilla extract. Tricks me into thinking I am eating.
    something bad.

I didnt eat much bread. However for the past month I have been eating once a week a whole wheat pita with 10 oz of grilled chicken and my home made low fat yogurt sauce

Breads do not fit my macros at this time!

Also, if I eat it I could eat an entire loaf, just never makes me feel full!

You can buy sprouted grain 'bread' in health food shops, maybe holland and Barrett maybe not, but it isn't like bread as we know it. It's about the size and density of malt loaf. But tastier. And more expensive.

Ezekiel bread is very good. I freeze mine and pop in microwave for a few seconds to defrost (since I don't eat often - always cutting lol ).
