Can someone tell me a good cycle with deca.

i'm 5.11... bf is 12%. My weight is 83kg.

This would be my third cycle, and i want to go on Deca again.

Deca and test. Can someone advise me how much to cycle each week.


Also what should i take to get my natural test pumping again once i come of the cycle.

If this is your third cycle, you should know the answers to these questions, especially about PCT. How old are you? And what did your first two cycles consist of?

My very first cycle just consisted of susaton. I ran susaton for 12weeks on a weekly dosage of 300mg. Just wanted to see how my body reacted with it.

My second cycle was Deca and susaton. I was using the ration of 1 to deca and 3 to susaton. So i ran 200mg deca per week, and 600mg of susaton.

I was taking Clomid as my PCT.

I'm 26 years old.

Whats your thoughts about another cycle of deca and test?

"deca again" ??? what did u run the first time? bro u obviously dont have the best history or education with aas.. just look around the site and you will get ALL the info you need.. always post your real stats, you didnt include your age which is maybe the most important.. check the stickies and previous posts and get educated, then come to the table and we all will be willing to help.. your avarage pct consists of clomid & nolva and they both are essential to have. as far as a decent basic cycle with those two compounds is a 400Deca-500 test but again just give your self an couple of hours of serious research and youll get all your answers

Deca and test is a decent novice cycle. And there is no "good" PCT, there is really only one PCT it should consist of nolva and clomid, HCG and an AI should also be used. Check out the PCT thread.
