    when caculating, advice

    When I am calculating my tdee do I use my current body weight even though im over weight or do I use my desired body weight when calculating my tdee and why?

    From what Ive seen online they use current weight. But I'm not totally sure.

    If your main goal is to lose body fat just cut your total daily caloric intake by 300-500.

    Incorporate strength training program and you should be good to go.

    Best calculator I have ever used is the mirror.
