No. It does not work like a drug that needs increasing to have an effect unless your body composition is changing in which case the food intake needs to be reflected in this regard.

There may be slight food adaptations but for the most part the answer will be no.
Examples of possible adaptations would be:
1. Forcing your body to live off very limited caloric intake.
2. The Inuit of Alaska GI has adapted to eat more fat than most other people.
3. Different populations have lactose tolerance/ intolerance associated with long held diet choices.
4. Alcohol metabolism differences within populations.
However EVOLUTION acts upon the POPULATION not the individual.
