    ECA stack drain Taurine as well?

    I get instant cramps from Clen without Taurine.

    ECA cause the same effect?

    never had leg cramps from ECA. Very rarely with clen

    No leg cramps from clen. Hands shake uncontrollably. Never used eca stack.

    Do get cramps in feet from certain cardio bc my potassium is low so take supplement when I am doing intense cardio.
