Friends cycle seems sketchy and input ?

So I was talking to a close friend that has 2 cycles under his belt and today he tells me about his winter cycle which is
    Winter cycle

    2 bags dbol
    4 test bottle (sust 250)
    1 deca
    1 tren ace

    16 week cycle

    Week 1-8

750 mg of test ( monday & thursday)
350 to 400 mg of deca ( monday $ thursday)
30-60 mg of dbol ( everyday)

    Week 8-16

    750 mg of test ( mon & weds & fri )
    250 mg to 300 of tren ( mon & weds & fri )

    Pct
    Hcg
    Nov
    Clomid

I think just being on tren his 3rd cycle is to much. Just putting this out here just in case it could be potentially unsafe, any thoughts would be appreciated thanks guys.

    How old is he?

Way too much gear for his third cycle and he's proposing two compounds that will have big effects on his blood work and blood pressure. His PCT is wrong, there's no mention of an AI or DA. He's going to potentially hurt himself.

sust 250 has to be injected more then twice a week. Junk imo. I agree way too much gear. Gl

If he's considering that level of cycling, his diet should be worked out to the macros and daily caloric intake above TDEE needed to achieve his goals. There's much more to nutrition than just cutting out junk food. Food fuels results more than gear.

Training for three years? I'd say he's not ready for the level of cycle difficulty he's proposing.

My friend said to tell your friend not to do this as the cycle is bad and diet is not in check.

    this.

one really needs to master the body building triad before going any further

proper exercise + proper nutrition + proper rest = results.

if his nutrition is not spot on, then any gains from cycling will soon evaporate post cycle.
