hey guys im posting agian thanks for your advice before .I am now at 247 lbs 9% bf and i feel great id like to start a cutting cycle but everyone tells you this cycles is best and this so im weighing it out just would appreciate positive feed back
but first my diet,,
8am) starts with fish (tilapia)6oz with hot sauce greens mainly asparagus maybe some rice if i feel i need it
11am) next is a shake with n.o comes in the shake
2pm or 3 pm) then i workout after i eat chicken or more fish
6pm shake
9pm chicken and greans
drinks are mainly water or tea
so here are 2 combos id like to try
1. Strict diet. 1. strict diet
2.Test Prop- 200mgs/eod. 2. test prop 200mgs/eod
3. Tren-A- 200mgs/eod. 3. mast a 200mgs/eod
4. Var- 80-100mgs/ed. 4. winny 80 to 100mgs/ed
5.clen-80mgs/ed 5. clen 80mgs ed
Cycle for 10-12 weeks.
