Hi all,
just found this site through google ,I am 49 years old but dont feel it,currently only train 2 days a week due to work commitments but do mainly compound movements. Strange but my strength is in excess of my size if that makes sense,although I am 224 and do need to lose some fat!. I do suffer from low test and would welcome any advice on this,think this is due to naively being on a stack for waaaay too long when younger and didnt take anything to kick start my own production afterwards.
