Thanks. I read that article a couple of years ago when I started TRT, but it was good to read again. I spoke to my doc about the month off. He said it helps some men who's leydig cells get over used to the hcg; gives the cells a recovery period. He told me that I did not need to go off of it if I don't want to. After spending all of October off, I'm ready to start again and won't be taking any more time off of hcg.
How old are you? What's your current TRT protocol?
I'm 41, started trt two years ago. I do 120 mg twice per week with .5 mg anastrazol twice per week (day after injecting). BW always comes in around 900 total t and 25 free T with E2 sensitive around 25-27 when blood is taken on injection days. These are all Lab corp values.

I think your current numbers look good. Kel is more knowledgeable on that.
