Ok so I got one serious question not common tho. Im currently very skinny about 68 kg and 187 cm tall at cca 12% bf. I have very little previos workout experience or sports in general. I would like to get to about 77-81kgs at cca 10%. The thing is I use weed speed mdma almost daily. So I have 2 questions.
1. Is this goal achievable with a 3 day per week workout+ diet even
with the use of the supstances?
2. If the answer to #1 is no would a cruise at 250ml test get me to the goal.
