I'm running this log on a different board but wanted to get it up here too in case my results can help anyone.
Stats:
6'8, 290 lbs, approx 18-20%bf
Goals:
Drop in bf%, harden out and lean up for summer
Cycle:
Weeks 1 - 18... Test E @ 980mg / week
Weeks 1 - 16... EQ @ 840mg / week
Weeks 1 - 4... Oral Tren @ 1mg ED
Weeks 8 - 18... TriTren @ 630mg / week
Weeks 14 - 19... 65mg Winny @ 65mg ED
Weeks 14 - 19... 50mg Mestanolone @ 50mg ED
Dex, Tamox and Caber are on hand to be used as needed. PCT will be Torem.
Also, I should note that I am on 5 IU 5-6 days a week of HGH (split into two 2.5 IU shots). I've been on this for 4 months or so, and will be on it for a full year.
For stims, I will be rotating ECA, Helios (inject clen), and off weeks in between to let receptors refresh. I also will be using T3 and T4... when I reach max doses, I will be running 100mcg T3 and 200mcg T4.
Diet and Lifting schedule:
530am - 5g BCAA
630am - 30-45 mins cardio with 5-10g BCAA (elliptical, steep incline treadmill, HIIT sprints, etc. I like variation)
7am - 60g BSN Syntha6
9am - 6oz grilled chicken breast, 1c broccoli, fish oils
12pm - 6oz grilled chicken breast, 2oz yam, fish oils
3pm - 6oz grilled chicken breast, 1c broccoli
5pm - 45-60 minutes of weight training, followed by 20-30 mins low impact cardio (20g BCAA throughout workout)
630pm - 60g BSN Syntha6
730pm - 6oz grilled chicken breast, 2oz yam
930pm - 60g custom blend casein shake
Every third day will be a higher carb day... so all "1c broccoli" and "2oz yam" will be replaced with 4oz yam on these days. Also, any "6oz grilled chicken breast" can be replaced by "8oz 95% lean ground beef". Chicken measured after grilling, beef measured before grilling. Water intake 1.5-2 gallons a day.
This diet is pretty low carb/calorie... but it works for me. I am not the type of person who can eat a moderate amount of carbs while dieting because my body LOVES storing it as fat. Its just how I am, and i've learned to accept it and deal with the lower cal diet. If its worked for me before, it'll work for me again.
Lifting split:
I mix this up regularly. Some weeks will be a traditional 5 day bodypart split, other weeks i'll do an upper/lower split to change things up, etc.
These are higher than average doses, so i don't recommend using them... i'm just posting this log to keep track of my progress and so other members can use it as a reference. I'll update as regularly as I can. I hope that posting this will be able to help some of you in the future!
