    Need some advice

    Hey guys, new to this forum and somewhat new to the game. I'm 6 ft 170 lbs, looking to bulk up a bit. I'm in athletic shape already and looking to boost my self to that next level. Need some advice as I am about to venture into a cycle come the first of the year. 300mg Test e/300mg deca blend.

    How old are you?
    You need a market, stove and cook book not steroids.
    Steroids are used when your natural limits are reached and at 6ft 170 they are not reached.
    Sorry man you need the nutrition section-head over there and post up your diet

    You need to learn to diet before turning to AAS.

    To compare 55 yrs old, stopped training for 26 years been back like as religion for 2 years and 6ft. 240lbs and a 32in waist leaning up good and still fighting those 25 years and last 15lbs but 6 ft can hold 240lbs all day long ! & not be a fat a$$

    First of all I'm 19. I'm 201, 14% BF (bulking), I've been training for almost 7 years, (sense I was 13). I never said I'm a "pro" I don't know where you got that from, I simple told him he needs to learn how to diet before using AAS, I used them last year when I weighed in the 160's put on a little weight around the 170's. Didn't gain much from it and didn't eat enough or the right things. I've put on 25+ pounds in the last few months because I've learned how important your diet is, my weight fluctuated this last year because I was learning my body and how to properly diet. Once I learned what I needed to do and how much I needed to eat my weight and size (good size) exploded. I'm not going to write in order how I eat because it's 12:32pm, I make a homemade mass gainer when I wake up, protein, 4 tbsp peanut butter, 2 cups milk, banana, 1/2 cup oats. I eat chicken breast 4 times a day 16oz, 4oz before workout which is about 2-3 hours after first meal, with 1 cup of white rice, post workout I eat 8oz chicken breast with 1 cup of white rice, sometimes I'll have 1 packet of instant oatmeal for the simple carbs pw. I'll have my other 4oz chicken later in the day. I get atleast 4oz of red meat weather it's ground or steak. I get in my greens ofcoure, around 1 1/2 cup frozen broccoli, also have a salad everyday about 3-4cups. Then I have my sweet potatoes or yams, usually with my steak or chicken, I have 8oz of that. I usually eat 4 whole eggs at night, not too many because the fat content, I do have egg whites throughout the day. I do like to throw in about couple Greek yogurts in throughout the day also, good protein content and they taste good. I see a'lot of people eating fancy meals, personally I like to keep it simple and clean because this is what works for me. Obviously that's not in order I'm too tired to make everything perfect, but yes I do know how to diet, it doesn't matter that I'm 19, all you older guys always asume we eat mcdonalds all day long, but not all of us do , I've learned a ton about myself and learned a'lot from this forum and have grown a'lot in myself in this past year. Nope I'm not a pro but I know what I'm doing, bodybuilding is my passion and my life and I tend to keep it this way, have a good night (or morning)

    Also I know it was a bad decision when I did my first cycle, obviously wasn't ready physically or mentally, that's why I'm telling this guy to learn how to diet, he needs to learn his body and what works for him, because I gained way beyond more muscle naturally when I actually knew how to diet and what I was doing. Plus it's a great feeling when you're 100% sure you're doing the right thing, I recently looked back at a picture when I was around 170's and I was about 190 when I looked at it and damn it felt good to see such progress, I hope this guy learns something from this. Just because I'm young doesn't mean I'm dumb, I've learned and matured a ton in this last year.

    lol, your post reflect the water cooler knowledge we have learned to expect from arrogant young boys like you who think you are experts at 18 or 19 and many MEN on this forum have forgot more than you have ever learned ! This is a whole new since that is changing from year to year as men learn more ! The men on this forum for the most part speak from experience and you are not old enought to have their experience ! So read and learn and stop trying to be the forum know it all ,

    Personally I abused juice in my 20 probably before your were even a dream and I had to have a full blown Guno operation ! Now you can't read about thaat pain or know what caused it in a book or from one of your buddies !

    It is good to see you admit you were wrong and ppl were starting to ride you ! I accept your appology and I am sure you will read more in the future befor you answer a question without know the contex ! I have and do give incorrect info sometimes but I try to correct it as soon as I know I made a mistake ! Because I learned from my mistakes and would never want anyone to harm themself from my info !
