Last night I probably had the best workout that I can remember. Everything was intense and I trained legs and chest. Weight moving nice and aggression was through the roof. Felt great in a high volume plus heavy weight workout. At the end of the workout I had to sit down for 15 minutes just to get myself back to earth
Fast forward two hours later after protein shake and food for the night, as I got into bed I got a cold chill. Everything I worked put 2 hrs before was now feeling sore, and on top of that I couldn't sleep. Is there anything I can take over the counter to avoid this? It was horrible plus I woke up tired after sleeping for maybe 2 hours total last night.
Current cycle.
Test e 250mg twice weekly 1-12
Tren 6-12 100 EOD
** switched to 50-60 mg ED past two weeks
Aromasin 25mg daily 1-12
HCG twice weekly at 250iu, 500iu total 1-12
Dbol 30-50mg weeks 1-3.5
Weight 230lb, 5'10, BF% 11. Gain of 10-14lbs on cycle.
At this point I'm down to my last 3 weeks on cycle. Could a simple Motrin avoid this feeling? I really don't want to go through it again.
