    Advice for dianabol

    What dosage has worked well for those you who have used it? From what I've read 50mg per day seems to be the point of diminishing returns but I've also seen people say don't go above 30mg per day.

    With testosterone as a base, you can start with 30 mgs a day. Works well as a kickstarter for your cycle. I prefer to take it all 1 hour pre workout, although some feel it should be split up. I have taken higher doses, but you will get more water retention and other sides.

    25 mgs is a great jumping off point. Some guys take it all at once, some split it up. I think if you were to take a heavier dose 50 mgs or more (I am not advising you do) then you would want to split it up to avoid sides. I have gone as low as 15 mgs a day an hour or so before the workout on a backload and used it for more of a workout aid.

    For bulking, when taking 30mg mg a day should they split it up 2, 3 times? or all at once.

    You can do any combination you want. Dbol has a very short half life and guys really want there blood levels as steady as possible. Some choose to split it up 3 times a day, others twice and some once.

    I use 10mg 3x a day. I want to try 25mg 2x a day next time.

    20-30mg for first runner is plenty, according you have the real dbol.

    I would do am and pm split and try to take one dose pre workout, and always with meal, is harsh on your liver!

    I felt best when I took my full dose a hour before training. Make sure and run some kind of liver support and Ai for sure.

    Thanks guys. I think I'll do the 30mgs and break it up somehow to start.

    I just added dbol to my test e cycle today, took 10mgs x 3 throughout the day, my stomach aches a little bit but nothing major.

    I have done stupid amounts of DBOL daily in the past. With saying that MOST should never need more than 50mg daily
    often even less. 20-40mg are some sweets spots.

    Would I feel any different in the short term if I add DBOL to a test e cycle? Mentally or physically? If so, can someone describe the difference?

    EDIT:
    and long term, has anyone noticed a difference in strength gains from just test to test + dbol?

    dbol adds strength, silly question really. the more juice the more you grow the stronger you are but there are always the diminishing returns when you go over a certain dose which is different for everyone for example an experienced lifter might run 50mg and a novice 20-30mg, in general going over those doses you will damage your liver and get more of the nasty side effects like blood pressure and water retention. try training harder, the drugs will do their job to a point but eating and training is really the key here
