Hello everyone,
I've been on here reading and learning for awhile now. I am one of those people who want to know everything as much as possible, so this site has been great for me. A huge THANKS! to everyone for contributing and assisting guys like me.
I am still planning out a first cycle, and I have read through all of the "beginners" and "first cycle" stickies. However, I do have a question that is a little more specific to me. Of course, once I have an exact cycle plan laid out, I will run it by everyone in one of the other sections, but since my question is more age related, I started off here.
Basic info:
42
5' 10" 170lbs
15% bf
Always been athletic since back in my Marine Corps days but been lifting primarily the last 3 yrs steady
Just got BW results. Test (total) was 451. TSH was 3.29. All basic BW and normal yearly physical stuff was within range. BP was 118/66.
My question is; with my test at 450 range, should I look into planning my first test cycle with the "normal" 250/ 2x per week of test e/cyp or should I go a little higher? I know that my test was done first thing in the morning, so that was my level at it's highest point of the day, but I'm not sure how much drop off happens through out the day. I just want to be sure that I don't under shoot the amount.
Also, would it be better to work out in the morning while levels are at their highest, or is there not much difference gained?
Thanks in advance everyone and I really appreciate it!
