Eat more to gain weight, looks like a good diet quite minimalist though. Do you know your TDEE and are you tracking macros? how many calories a day?

Post your cycle plan in the anabolic steroids Q&A for critiquing.

Looks decent in terms of food choices ... I like the 8:30pm meal since you're training fasted in the am. I'd probably go with steak more often than not, but overall it looks fine, assuming your calories are up to par.

Thank you both for the feedback.
I believe my maintenance is around 3200 and to achieve my goal for a clean bulk is around 3700.

Does this sound right? For sure more than I've ever eaten.

I'm so self conscious about what I eat I think I'm just going to have to increase my intake of existing meal choice.

500 above maintenance adds up to roughly a pound of weight gain a week, if you're not in your beginning stages of training you won't be putting on nearly that much muscle. IMO if you're past 2 years of training a 250 surplus is fine but you could always have more and cut later.

Any thoughts on what my split should be for calories?

Currently I have them set at:
    Carbs - 40%
    Fats - 20%
    Protein - 40%
