    Just as the title says guys what you think for a 12 week cycle For those unaware PHAT is basically Muscles worked twice a week alternating strength days and high volume days(Hypertrophy) Thankyou

    Idk, never heard of this but i like the idea of it. I might just try this on my next cycle
