    1st Proposed cycle Critique

    I think its time to go over to the dark side. A little background info on me.

    i think iv reached my natural limit I'm 24, 180 lbs, 10% body fat 5'9

    Strength is pretty same for over a year now so is weight gain. Iam at that point where i gain very little lbs of muscle a year.

    Ive been working out for 3-4 years and focus on Progessive overload every session (well try to)

    My nutrition is dialed in, I'm addicted to counting every calorie whilst bulk and every macro whilst cutting.

    The way i work my bulking calories are by working out my BMR, Adding my activity level and then adding any additional activities i do throught out the day(GYM or kickboxing) and use that as my maintainence and adjust from there whether i'm bulking or cutting (my maintenance changes as i gain/lose weight)

    iam a BIG fan of IIFYM, but not the eat unhealthy food all day, i mean eat health for the most part and fit a "unhealthy" snack in if my Calories/ macros allow

    So heres my proposed cycle:

    Test-e at 500mg p/week (250mgx2) for 12 Weeks
    Pct will be Chlomid 100/50/50/50, Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Keeping an AI at hand such as Arimidex in case of any estrogen build up.

    I already Have all my PCT.

    So what do you guys think?

    As for my diet, because iam new to steroids i don't know whether to be in a 500 calories(gaining a pound a week) surplus or a 1000 calorie surplus (gaining 2 pound a week)

    And a bit confused about my protein intake don't know whether to do the 1g/lb body weight or 1.5g-2g/lb body weight to maximi*e gains..

    Personally...I'd like to see what u eat on a typical day for bulking. U may track ur diet well, but that doesn't mean it's right.

    i dont want to be mislead in believing i can achieve something naturaly when in reality i cant it de motivates me.
    i want the know the truth, their are a bunch of liars that claim natty and mislead young ambitious people like me.

    i dont want the big big big look just perfect like this. i have considered steroids and will only go on them the right way
    after alot of research and plan, if i do go on them i DO NOT attend on abusing them, the perfect cycle with a perfect pct. doctors checks everything. ive seen many friends just hop on them with no knowledge and ****ing up later in life. My 4 gym partners are currently on test once a week. they seem to be doing it right having researched on it also but in the past i havent been interested until i have been researching what is really attainable naturally..

    and basically have read not to get my hopes too high if im not on the bike..

    If some of what you are saying is true you gained 20lbs in less than 12 months. Stick with the plan.

    Welcome fellow newbie.

    As an advice for protein intake, take 1g/lb, and no higher.
    I believe that too much protein is toxic for the liver.
    Reason for my belief, is that the liver breaks protein, like alcohol, into ammonia.

    Yes i did on a 0.5lbs a week bulk. Is anyone going to give me advice on AAS or am i left in the dark?

    Thanks for your comment. But ive read and heard alot by bumping up protein whilst on AAS??
