Hello everyone I'm Al 30 years old 6"3 76kg I've been training and eating a lot for 6 month now just really wanting to pit some bulk on as I'm just one of those tall skinny guys my weight and hight haven't really changed since I was 17/18 I've got my self some gear from a friend of a friend but I'm not clued up at all hoping to get some advice on what I have and how to take it I have read up about what I have I just can't figure out how much and what to take or mix anyway i'll wrap it up here now supost to be just a Hi
