Red and warm skin with pip under injection site

Just pinned for the first time 2 days ago. The soreness started within a few hours like a regular flu shot, it was hardly noticeable. However, the next day it became painful and I got a red patch on my skin. It's about 1X1 inch and warm to touch. I did it on my lateral delt and now I can't do lateral raises lol. It popped up a few inches UNDER the injection site, not sure why. The actual spot that I pinned is just a little sore but nothing bad.

It's 350mg/mL test enanthate. I pinned .75mL to get about 260mg test. I drew with 18 gauge and pinned with 25 gauge. Took about 30 seconds to pin it all. I left the barrel in warm water for 15 minutes before pinning.

I'm not sure whether to put a warm cloth or ice on it now. It feels inflamed and ice supposedly helps with that but heat helps with soreness and absorption. I took ibuprofen and it helped for 4 hours. I took the pin 2 days ago on Thursday. The next one is tomorrow.

I cleaned the top of the vial before and after and my delt before and after. The source is one of the best.


My question is: when is it time to go to a doctor? What are the cardinal signs of infection? I don't know if I'm just being a big baby about the pip or whether it can be something serious.

The needle was capped at the front and i swapped needles after as well from 18 to 25.

Yeah, but thats really not sterile procedure.

You need to stop this cycle before you do any harm to yourself.

At 19 years old you are at your lifes peak of your own natural testosterone production, taking steroids will halt and completely shut down this natural production, and then you have 70% more chances of not recovering completely your testosterone once the natural production restarts.
It is dumb not to wait till your hpta mature IMO.

Forgot to answer the age from the post above, I'm 20 and my natural levels are 393. Regarding the vial, how would you warm the quantity that you want to inject? I read in many places of running it under water.

I'm born in 1995, I WAS 19 a few weeks ago, and as for the 23 thing that was made ages ago when I was afraid I'd get no reply otherwise.

Truth be told, im 20 with levels of 393. Can you answer the question above?

You should be concerned as to why your test level is at 393 at your age. Unless it's idiopathic odds are it's correctable. Full BW is where you start, not cycling AAS and potentially making it worse.
