    Deca/winny or deca/tren???

    Hey everyone new here, have a few years of experience however. Just looking for suggestions on a lean bulk I'm planning after my next meet.

    Was thinking about either deca and winny, or deca and tren, or I'm open to other suggestions as well. Other idea was just high test and high EQ, both >1gram

    Ive never used deca for a full cycle, only to help rehab injuries in powerlifting, was planning a lean bulk this winter just trying to put back on some quality size after this meet cut, and hopefully help add to my numbers.

    I don't come off so PCT isn't an issue.

    Since Im new Ill through my stats up, about 205-210lbs now on a cut, 5'7''. I compete at a high level in powerlifting, so size hasn't been my main focus with my past cycles.

    Running 2 19nors can be tricky.
    If you were to go that route then you must stay on top of your estrogen to help prevent prolactin sides.
    An AI and a DA would be imperative.

    ^^^^^ absolutely correct! ^^^^^^ 2 19nors at a time can achieve some fantastic results but extremely tricky! Need to know how to combat sides from both different 19s so you don't have to wait until side show up and start scrambling to try to figure it out.

    I have both on hand as always. I find without Orals generally I just need a small amount of ai but when it's close to a meet I always have to up the dose.

    Would you recommend low test if running two 19 nors?

    Hey Chi. I assume you're running Test throughout all of this? This is off topic, but since you said you compete at a high level, you mind sharing your maxes and totals? Fellow power lifter here (although not at a high level). Where was your last competition?

    Yes I am always. My last meet if you follow powerlifting was recently the strongest backyard meet that ended up not as anything more than a waste of money to the IPA and a high risk training day…. There I went 744 squat raw with wraps, 336 missed my 2nd and 3rd due to cramping, and 622 at 181. The squat would have been a all time world record.
