what are your goals?
I'm 5'8 220 I'd say closer to 15 percent bf? Haven't measured in a while. But I want to get as big as possible really can see veins in arms and chest before I even lift. I just don't want to cut to early and sit at 180 190 and then have to eat as much food as I am now and gain it back before I bulk. Im not on anything currently never used before just natty as of now.
Really it depends on your goals but I like to be at 10 or below before considering bulking
So what I'm kind of understanding is to be at what I want I should gain more weight then cut when I'm happy where I sit ?
