So I got into nutrition pretty heavily about a year ago, quit drinking and smoking pot, only recently started lifting again (previously did in high school as a wrestler). Been researching my problems for the past decade which consist of lack of energy, ADD, mild ED, mild cystic acne on jawline. I've seen a number of doctors in the last year including a methylation specialist, a naturopath, and a functional medicine doc, as well as a few standard western ones like GP's, psyche, and neurologist. Recently, I found my thyroid to be fairly low and after seeking out a doc that used natural desiccated thyroid, I found out my test levels are super low (Free T .91 ng/mL). So he prescribed me some Bio Test cream with chrysin and i decided to wait to research trt a little more and get more blood work. I read Crisler's TRT and am now reading Testosterone for Life by Morgentaler. I posted over on Crisler's forum but found more info while perusing these forums, so here I am. Starting a thread for my TRT which has started out terribly so I hope some of you can enlighten me. Cheers.
