Unlike the guy above i recommend no carbs for breakfast, you can find lots of threads about this topic from me in this forum. I dont like second meal with just carbs, need to add protein to it, plus i like little bit of fats with all my meals the quantity depends on the level of fats, this slow down the digestion and lowers overall blood sugar impact. also banana and almonds meal can use some improvement. Its a good start it dows look clean which is great way to start your journey.
