Need help with diet and low test

Hey guys as you might have seen my other post atm I'm currently 5months post cycle and with a last blood test about a month ago I had bored line low test. I'm currently on a second pct of clomid and nolva 100/50/50/50 and nolva 20 for 6 weeks.

I really need some help atm with diet I don't know how to eat at this time. I want to lose the body fat I'm currently caring mainly around my stomach. Atm my calories are 2800 my macros p30 c 35 f 35. I'm 179cm
    194lbs and at about 16%bf.
Anyone gone thru holding alot of fat around tummy with low tee and how did u go about it?

at your stats its very unlikely youre just 16% BF @ 194LBs and have low test. if you indeed do have low test your weight should be around 160-170 with that bodyfat, so I guess your Bodyfat measurement is not accurate.

However, back to the point, DIET + Cardio.

I would suggest cut out as much as possible on your carbs, go with intermittent fasting, begin doing KETO diet, and go with cardio every day the pace that will make you pump to stretch to 1h long session.

Worked well for me. Its never easy but it works like magic

I might be close to 20% bf. Did you have a low test issue? I was thinking of carb cycling as thr last time I did it I felt awesome and was losing fat but I never ever lost fat around my stomach

What's your height, age and training/dieting experience?

During PCT isn't the best time to try and lose weight.

During this time period your body will benefit from the extra calories.

I also don't think you should be fasting during PCT.

Your body needs constant fuel to produce the hormones that haven't been getting made or in low quantity.

A keto diet is great for burning excess bf, but it's a rather advanced technique that is kind of a waste for a novice.

IMO your best bet would be to eat your maintenance calories or slightly above while trying to reset your HPTA.

I think the best type of diet during PCT, and even off cycle, is a Mediterranean type diet.

A diet rich in healthy fats will help support new hormone production best.

    Thanks for the reply

I'm 179 190lbs and been training for 4 years. I've tried to cut last year but I believe my test was low and I lost all muscle and never lost fat around my stomach. Atm I'm eating 2800cal I'm eating 210g protein 280 carbs and 109 fats.
