I need to go on a 2000 calorie diet and I really don't know where to start. Can anyone give me some suggestions on different methodes to do this? I work on the road almost exclusively... so taking my meals with me would be near impossible. If you can give me a few tips, point me in the right direction as far as cheet sheets for eating out, meal planning, food journals etc, it would be greatly appreciated.

It lists almost anything you can think of including complete menus from any and all fast food places.
