Well here it is, my acceptance speech lol
Well firstly thanks to admin for my shiny new title of knowledgeable member.
Thanks to each and everyone of you that has contributed to this forum in any shape or form, this forum accounts for a lot of my basic knowledge of AAS and I wouldnt be where i am today if it had not been for this forum and its members and the conversational topics that go on, yeah i like the debate and discussion, thats why im here, iv even been known to be wrong once lol
Since then i have been on my path, learning from experience and getting involved competitively and the burning passion to go further is insatiable, next goal is 250lb lean and totally within my capability, FYI iv just started back at the gym this week after a three month lay off, man that was the longest time off the gym since i joined here all the years ago, im glad to stay im still 200lb at 12% with diet alone, this i am happy with.
So now i wish to help out where i can, with youngsters and those looking to improve themselves, but there isnt many that hack the gruelling road ahead of them to get to where we are today.
So brothers heres to another 6 years of lean growth and strength
