Just finished a bulk up 55pounds in 20 weeks supposedly at 8% BF still but something is off unless this is all water weight before this I was keto for 1 year so I was extremely depleted
Question how do most of you cut ? I've done keto awesome results I've done back loading as well that was fun but thinking maybe keep carbs every meal and just lower over all calories to get possible growth while on cruise ? I know insiline is bad during a cut so maybe carbs only pre and post not sure the best approach on a cruise to keep muscle and lean out gonna cut maybe 4-6 weeks before next bulk and blast
When cutting what do you find worked best macros and meal timing aka carbs . Kind of wanna stay away Pure keto for reasons as I was a year straight loved it but couldn't gain a pound so if anything back loading if I do keto style but thinking for short term maybe just lower calories and tim carbs?
