    Cut during cruise

    Just finished a bulk up 55pounds in 20 weeks supposedly at 8% BF still but something is off unless this is all water weight before this I was keto for 1 year so I was extremely depleted

    Question how do most of you cut ? I've done keto awesome results I've done back loading as well that was fun but thinking maybe keep carbs every meal and just lower over all calories to get possible growth while on cruise ? I know insiline is bad during a cut so maybe carbs only pre and post not sure the best approach on a cruise to keep muscle and lean out gonna cut maybe 4-6 weeks before next bulk and blast

    When cutting what do you find worked best macros and meal timing aka carbs . Kind of wanna stay away Pure keto for reasons as I was a year straight loved it but couldn't gain a pound so if anything back loading if I do keto style but thinking for short term maybe just lower calories and tim carbs?

    I bulk for 2-3 weeks until I can no longer see my obliques then cut for 2-3 weeks.

    After years following strict macro splits and ketos I now just eat clean all year round.

    Usually 2 meals of eggs with toast and 3-4 meals of chicken rice and veggies.

    When cutting I'll drop peanut butter from my diet and do morning cardio.

    I don't believe meal timing has any impact when bulking.

    I just try and space meals out every 3-4 hours and eat carbs with every meal.

    If I feel bloated during a bulk phase I'll drop carbs from a meal or two and increase the healthy fat.

    You cant grow without carbs.

    Yes that's why I wanna keep carbs in so I'm guessing every meal?

    As for cardio before or after breakfast I'm thinking fasted is stupid use to train fasted love it but not risking muscle this time around

    Imo carbs with every meal is a good idea.

    I don't like to train fasted either.

    However, doing cardio first thing in the AM while fasted is a great way to lose bf while decreasing muscle tissue catabolism.

    This is the best way/time to do cardio while cutting.

    Steady stat or hiit cardio fasted ? I'm always scared of fasting and missing meals now fucked yo a year ago went keto and went from 225!to 160 in 6 months wanna keep everything I got
