I might be suffering from bodily dismorphia but I see myself overall as skinny, and maybe even fat. Some areas are especially lacking ie. biceps peak, pecs, glutes, so I'm going to focus on these.
I'm not sure about diet. I'd say I can maintain at about 2250-2500kc daily depending on physical activity. Current config is 250 C, 150 P, 100 F, over 12 hrs timespan, two main meals and snacks in between.
Gear I'm using is 25mg Test + 20 Tren (-E) + 50mg stanolone ED. 0.25 caber every third day. Also on 125mcg T4 due to hypothyroidism from Hashimoto's.
Supplements are nothing special:
2g Purified Fish Oil, 5g creatine, B-complex, 2500IU D3, 500mg C, 20mg Iron bysglicinate every other day, 1000mcg B12 SubQ (once weekly).
