Good afternoon!(in my timezone as i write this lol) So i'm going to be starting my 2nd Test cycle in feb. and was wondering if you guys had some recommendations on supplements to take. not trying to go overboard but just the general ones if you had to take any what would you take type.
Here is the current list ill be taking:
1.Fish oil
2. Zinc
3. Mens one a day Multi Vitamin
4.Vitamin-C
5. 5-HTP
looking to add maybe creatine to the mix since ive been reading up on it.
