    Thread for the day

    Things have been getting heated on here. Here’s a thread to post anything.... EXCEPT politics, covid, and BLM.
    I think I’ll call it the group hug thread. LOL
    What is everyone doing for a routine to get back into the swing of things?

    re opened my gym .. lots of other gyms in the area closed down permanently. been signing up new members every day. think we've signed up 45 or so new members just this week alone.

    of course I did lose a quarter of a years revenue/income and the bills did pile up cause of all this shut down BS . but right now we are swamped . phones been ringing off the hook with people that don't even live that close by wanting to join being we are one of the few independent owned gyms that did not have to close down for good.

    so I guess thats some positive news.. however I'm a bit bored of the gym business and want to do something different. all my personal training clients that are back at the gym I've not trained them again at all since re opening and told them I may not be doing that anymore.. not sure.
    need a new challenge to pursue perhaps. idk

    Here y'all...

    I'll give you an easy "lefty" target to kick...

    Being that I only have 335lbs of weights (including the bar) and my commie pinko socialist governor hasn't reopened gyms...
    And being that I have recently finished my twice yearly blood work...

    I decided to blast lightly....

    Instead of my normal 80-100mgs of test a week...
    I am now running a massive cycle of 140 test/week and 120 tren/week...

    I am 5' 8" 49yrs old and about 225lbs at 15ish % bodyfat...

    Do you think it is possible for me to gain 10-12lbs of muscle while leaning out to say 8% bodyfat???
    Many many pills of AI do I need to swallow daily?
    Also, I frequently play with my nipples and... when I clamp them they hurt... Do I have gyno?
    Lastly, I read that tren gives God like powers... will I be able to get The rod to vote for Biden???

    Something like this? It’s purely culinary related. For the country boys out there (like if you’re a back-woods hick like GH ) culinary refers to cooking. In the city, we have these things called restaurants where you actually can order the food instead of having to go out and kill it yourself. Cool idea. Yeah a little pussified I guess, but some of the eats is mighty fine.

    10-12 lbs new muscle while leaning out .... you are going to have to up your doses a lot to keep you anabolic.
    Tren will make you feel like God with asthma. Lol. Obs will never vote Biden.
    If your nipples hurt when you clamp them you aren’t clamping them often enough.
    I haven’t run an ai in years. I’ve had better numbers and gains without it.

    yes. I put the book project on hold for now cause of some legality issues (from the advice of a client of mine whose a doctor) . being the book isn't just about profiles of different AAS and was geared more towards an advanced user manual on how, when, what, to take etc.. there are some issues, especially trying to publish in a country where AAS use is largely not legal .
    I will still probably complete the project at some point and have it published anonymously and through a company in like the UK where AAS use is legal. not sure how that would work. but yeah right now its on the back burner,, but maybe I should pursue it more and at least get a rough online PDF I can share with people for now until I figure out the legal stuff.

    I just had my 16 Harley Ultra retuned to get more Horse power and torque. It is a positive day!

    we got big ass mule deer bucks wondering the neighborhood all day long .. I have to keep a training collar on my dog to keep him from chasing the deer everyday.
    was sitting on the patio just yesterday and a young buck in velvet just came right up to me nearly and starting munching on the bush.
    they don't fear people at all , they just casually hang out.

    the mountain lions and bears on the other hand will run off. but the deer don't even care at all

    this was 1 day after archery hunting season at a house of mine years back .. I finally got enough preference points and pulled a land owner tag to be able to hunt on my own land. instead of a tree stand I'm off the upper portion of my house.
    notice the archery target in the back ground. this was such a gimme shot . I can hit a beer can with a bow at 70 yards and this guy is just 20 feet in front of me.
    I took a picture rather then a shot though being my tag had just expired. thats my luck

    Did they bore out the jugs, or offset the flywheel pin a bit? The latter is what I did to my 66 FL. More swept area without overheating the cast iron jugs. I previously put a super E on it and an Andrews A grind cam. Super torque at the top end now, mostly comes on above 60 mph. I must hold on tight and lean forward when cracking the throttle at highway speeds , or I’m off the back.

    Small amount of test and 100-150 mg of anadrol a day. The polycythemia is killing me with the Anadrol. I got to go give blood very soon.
