Where to buy Syringe and needle Locally.

I went to a couple websites that i have bought syringes and needles from before and they all require some healthcare license to purchase now. I know you could get them at CVS or walgreens by asking the pharmacist before, but don't know if thats still the case. Is this still a thing or do they require license now too?
