95% of the stuff on the internet is a scam. If you start out with that in mind it will help. Ask around people you know at the gym. It is out there but buyer beware. I think it is only legal in Mexico and Thailand so you can always plan a trip.Originally Posted by NAYarch

I have a friend that is on a drug and firearms task force and he told me they use facebook and forums a lot to look for dealers. He also says they could careless about the user just the dealers.
