    should I extend my cycle?? any advice??

    I'm just finishing up my first cycle, 10 weeks of:

    300mg/week deca; 250mg/week test E.

    I only gained about 10 lbs. I guess I should have went with higher dossages, but since it was my first cycle I wanted to take it easy.

    Now I'm thinking about extending the cycle, does this make any sense?

    I'm thinking of increasing the the test-E to 500mg/week and running it alone for another 5 weeks. How does this sound?

    or should I cut the test agian with something esle? run for a longer period?

    Please give me some suggestions, or should I give up and try again in a few months?

    my stats:

    26 years
    6.0'
    225lbs
    16-19% bf
    bi's just over 17"

    Recover and run the next cycle at a higher dose. I wouldn't recomend someone on their first cycle going for 15 weeks, learn to know your body and how you recover first, then graduate into longer cycles.

    thanks dudes,

    I just feels like I have f**k all to recover from, since I didn't feel much, gains, strength increase, or sides.

    looking at me, it looks like the mass i did gain went into my quads mostly.

    You know, I'm gravitating towards the school of thought that...lower dose cycles producing little to no sides and 10-15 of keepable muscle...and simple PCT....is the way to go. 2 or 3 cycles a year...20-30 lbs a year......gradually...seems like a more stable foundation of maintainable muscle tissue. I have no idea how I put on what is going to end up being 25+ lbs on my 350mg/wk x 12 week. The only sides I noticed were little bitty pimples on my arms and shoulders and slight ball shrinkage. I think my PCT will be a breeze, and I wont have to kill myself to hold on to what I have added.
