    Test Levels Don't Make Sense

For the 2nd half of 2024 I was taking 500mg of Test E a week. I had a blood draw in Late Nov and my test level (according to the lab work) was 1207. I stopped using all together for 6 weeks. During that time it dropped to about 140. I went back on Test E at 250mg a week and after 5 weeks I registered a level of 1600. How can that be? Doesn't make sense.

Depends on when your labs were run after your last injections, yes it?s very possible. I try to run my levels on my injection day before I pin so I see my lowest level

Best and easiest way to do it. It makes consistent, reliable results a breeze when you test at trough levels.

Blood levels can spike depending on when you pinned vs. when the blood was drawn. If your test was close to injection time, it could read way higher.

That 250 mg reading is high, and the 500 mg one is low, something’s off. Check timing of your blood draw (early post-injection = spike), and make sure the same lab ran both tests. Also possible your 250 mg gear is overdosed or your 500 mg was under. Lab variability and UGL dosing can skew things a lot.
