I take 2000mg a day. Ussally at the same time. If you take too much more than that it will result in a bad case of the runs.

It is a combo of your omega 3 fatty accids.

if using the oil, than 1 tbls will do you fine. That should contain 14g of omega 3&6

Dont use the pill form cause it would suck to hoof down a shit load of pills.
