I tried a few forced reps for triceps earlier this week, and now they are much more sore than ever. It's a given that new, more intense training techniques will make me more sore, but how will I know if I am overtraining? I don't want to be sore for 4-5 days only to find out that I am still lifting the same poundages that I was lifting the week before.![]()
