Yes, I like clen ( along with t3 ) and it is fairly mild in moderate doses. Make sure you research the product before you consider taking it. Lots of info using the search button. At 16 I would not have used these products. Just my opinion...

Cardio my man keep your heart rate 70% of vo max for 1hr everyday. That is the best fat burner.

I am not flaming but at 16 you should have the metablism that others have to take clen to obtain. I 16 year old should have problems shedding fat. I dont think they even sell ephedra to 16 year olds.

Hoss, on other threads you talk about dieting and exersize. Not being able to eat anything you want. Bro if this is true and you stick to it you should not need anything at all. You should maybe drink some coffee and do some cardio but you do not need clen!

Thanks guys, Just wish they still had ephedra products. This is my first year of bulking/cutting...so i'm pretty nervous about it. I'm excited about cutting, but nervous at the same time that I guess i'll just stay the same? I dunno. But thanks for the input everyone!
