I have some scar tissue in my right quad from injecting too frequently. I have started injecting other areas as it is now painfull to inject this particular site. Is scar tissue permanent or will it disappear after a while?

Deep tissue massage works to break up scar tissue....I don't know of any other methods but they may be out there.......
